FIX: Cleaning up use of printf() format specifiers. %i mostly replaced by %u when appropriate.

FIX: 'size_t to %i' printf() vulnerability. 
FIX: Subdivision, change line&point handling, add missing parentheses to clarify order.
Add missing headers to vc9 workspace.
