The heap-use-after-free vulnerability occurs in the
CallbackToLogRedirector function. During the process of logging,
a previously freed memory region is accessed, leading to a
use-after-free condition. This vulnerability stems from incorrect
memory management, specifically, freeing a log stream and then
attempting to access it later on.
This patch sets NULL value for The DefaultStream global pointer.

Hunter compiles its own stb library binaries. Currently a second copy is
compiled by defining STB_IMAGE_IMPLEMENTATION in Assimp.cpp. This may
cause hard to understand bugs if this compiled copy ever becomes
different from what Hunter supplies.
Tested:
$ cmake -DASSIMP_DOUBLE_PRECISION=1 -DASSIMP_BUILD_MDL_IMPORTER=0 ..; make
The MDL importer is disabled due to the fact that there is some float-only code
in MDL. This also means bin/assimp and bin/unit would not link successfully with
the above build flags.
