aramis_acg 8991496cf5 Fixes for build with mingw (no warnings in 32 Bit build, even with -wall).

SMD bugfix.
Makefile is up to date now.
Added pack-attribute for aiVector3D and aiVector2D.

Added pushpack1.h and poppack1.h, integrated "FixInfacingNormals"-Step. Removed MD4 loader, MD4FileData.h remains in the extra directory. Renamed "VisualStudio" directory to "MSVC".
