* Fix extracting interleaved buffers
* Fix some issues noted by coderabbit:
- Remove narrowing cast from size_t to unsigned int
- Validate accessor count is <= space in buffer (maxCount)
- Ensure remapped indices only access data valid for this accessor by checking count and not maxCount
