refactor: 移除 ZincSearch，统一使用 Manticore Search

- 删除 ZincSearch 模块、任务、命令
- 对话消息搜索改用 ManticoreMsg::searchDialogs
- 移除 Observer 中的 ZincSearch 同步
- 移除定时任务中的 ZincSearch 同步
- 更新项目文档
