Powei Feng	d52fb1f4fd	vk: refactor to use polymorphism for platform specialization (#9398) ... We refactor VulkanPlatform so that getSwapchainInstanceExtensions() and createVkSurfaceKHR() are virtual functions that are implemented by each platform.
