FILAMENT_CHECK_ARITIHMETIC
Example usage:
FILAMENT_CHECK_PRECONDITON(condition) << "Message";
It's also now possible to define FILAMENT_PANIC_USES_ABSL=1 to redirect
all these calls to Abseil's CHECK() macro.
