we keep Builder::name() on all object, and forward to the MixIn class
that does the implementation, so that we have correct documentation, and
better IDE completion.

- superfluous inline keyword
- make Profiler::readCounters() not inline as it didn't need to be,
it's not performance critical and it's sufficiently large.
