Powei Feng 49d89298f8 renderdiff: allow for explicit (compile-time) linking of osmesa (#8301) 
If the shared osmesa lib is not found, then we assume that the
library has been compile-time linked via the linker.  This is to
accommodate build frameworks where compile-time linking is
preferred.

When applying animations, allow the time to be exactly equal to the duration before taking the fmod(), so that it is possible to animate to the exact last keyframe. Without this change, trying to animate to the last keyframe wraps back to the first, which only works for animations that loop. (#8287)
