Mathias Agopian b9a9586abb taa: add a 32-sample mode and cleanup
32 sample may be more suited to 2x upsampling, it gives 8 samples per
high-res pixel (instead of 4). This is also what FSR 2.0 is using,
which is useful for comparing.
