DETOUR API CHANGE!
- Detour Navmesh supports layers - Allow to disable Navmesh BV-tree - Added DetourTileCache - Cleaned up Recast layer code - Moved portal edge detection to Recast - Removed polymesh border offset - Removed lean heighfield
