cfe64fb6c8 KHR_lights_punctual: Serialize node light refs
This is surprisingly involved:

1. Add non-const json iterators, FindMember(…) and GetValue(…)
2. Add json utilities IsEmpty(…) and Erase(…)
3. Serialize the property and clean up
