BVH loader supports arbitrary rotation/translation orders now. Fixed a crash issue, added test models with ZYX and ZXY rotation order. Updated CREDITS. 'Beautified' pushpack/poppack. Collada loader does now also load XML files if 'COLLADA' is found in the header.
