Erwin Coumans b19c209dbc The softbody/bunny test is very experimental and shouldn't be enabled in the example browser, unless USE_SOFT_BODY_MULTI_BODY_DYNAMICS_WORLD is defined. I fixed a few bugs that cause the hang.
