Address review feedback
...
- Match radio button sizes to other sub-elements (smaller inline size)
- Also fix alignment of select/unselect all buttons relative to filter text baseline
- Extract plot name into GetPlotName helper for uniform use in user vs. built-in plots
- Properly handle row-wise plot duplicate IDs through PushID/PopID
- Remove truncation hazards from use of snprintf
- Allow clicking full hierarchical row to toggle expansion (hover highlights the whole row, similar to the other collapsible rows in the options view)

All ManualWindow instances share the show state, so one check covers the
welcome screen and the view; the old copies were button-only and gated on
a construction-time config snapshot.

Highlight the achievements mini-popup on hover.

The built-in tooltip border is rendered at frame end in the global
ImGuiCol_Border, so it cannot react to hover; suppress it via
PopupBorderSize and stroke the same rect manually.

- Filter text allows restricting plots to ones matching the name
- Hierarchical view displays plots as a tree, separating levels based on
slash-separated names, i.e.: "GPU/Counters/Draws" and
"GPU/Counters/Primitives" will be leaf nodes under GPU > Counters

Extract the manual window from View into a standalone class.

The manual rendering was a View method bound to View members. Move it
into a ManualWindow class that owns the active chunk, scroll-reset and
shown state and holds a reference to the shared manual data.

Share a single manual data instance across views.

The manual data is invariant — derived only from the embedded manual — so
each View re-parsed it needlessly. It's now computed once and shared by all
Views and the LLM.
